How long does a typical repair take?

Most common repairs — screen replacement, battery, diagnostics — are done within 2–4 hours. Logic board repairs and data recovery may take 1–3 business days depending on complexity and part availability.

Do I need to back up my data before bringing my device?

We always recommend backing up before any repair. For Express and Business plans, we offer a free secure backup before we start work. We never access your personal data as part of hardware repairs.

What happens if you can't fix my device?

We operate on a no-fix, no-fee policy. If we can't repair your device, you pay nothing for the diagnostic. We'll give you an honest assessment and discuss your options — including data recovery if the hardware is beyond repair.

Will my manufacturer warranty be voided?

In most regions, independent repair does not automatically void a manufacturer warranty for unrelated issues (see Right to Repair legislation). We can advise you on the best course of action for your specific device and warranty status before we start any work.

Do you offer a pickup and delivery service?

Yes — for Express and Business clients we offer insured pickup and delivery within a 15 km radius. Devices are transported in anti-static packaging and tracked throughout. Contact us to arrange this when booking.
